Speed of Light Ruhr was a huge success with 15,000 witnessing performances across the region. Our runners set the Emscher Landschaftspark alight in Germany over three nights and six locations.

Expectations built as crowds of spectators gathered at Halde Hoheward on the opening night to catch a glimpse of the moving artwork. Our Speed of Light Ruhr runners ran an impressive 18k between performance locations that evening.

The animation continued on Friday at Nordsternpark and Zollverein, and Saturday at CentrO Oberhausen and Duisburg Nord Landscape Park. The whole weekend was amazing and a huge thanks to all the runners and audiences who made it happen.
